What is it for?
Nginx Proxy Manager receives all web traffic and forwards it to the right app, with automatic HTTPS certificates. Everything is set up in a few clicks in a web interface, no config file.
Who is it for?
Beginners who want several apps on HTTPS without touching a configuration file.
After installing
- Open http://SERVER_IP:81 and create the administrator account right away.
- For each app, add a "Proxy Host" to http://CONTAINER_NAME:PORT and tick "Request a new SSL Certificate".
- Once your own interface is on HTTPS, close port 81 to the public (firewall): it must not stay open.
